A Service Agreement is Important because:

Basic Service Agreement
Preferred service on the repair and preventative maintenance checks of your radio units. Abuse, housings, antennas and batteries not covered. Mobiles and portables only. Not available for fixed station equipment.Select Service Agreement
Preferred service on the repair and preventative maintenance checks of your radio units. Also covered housing, antenna and the economic repair of physically damaged and/or abused radio units. Does not include batteries.Premium Service Agreement
Preferred service on the repair and preventative maintenance checks of your radio units. Also covers housing, antenna and the economic repair of physically damaged and/or abused radio units. Also covers replacement of one battery per radio per calendar year and 24-hour response on fixed stations. Free loaner upon request.Equipment Repair / Service

Industrial Communications can custom engrave your two way radios and other communications equipment. Custom Engraving your equipment is especially helpful for asset control, inventory purposes and user identification. In addition, if equipment is ever lost or stolen, engraving may make it easier to recover. In many cases, since the equipment owner�s identification is easily visible, engraving actually helps to prevent theft.Industrial Communications� Custom Engraving allows you to personalize equipment with your business name, asset number, unit number, user identification number, or with other important data at your discretion.
